  • Try a few synonyms to find more articlesIf you search for materials on “incineration”, try such synonyms as “waste-to-energy”, “energy from waste”, “thermal treatment”, and even “WtE”, “EfW”, and “burn” too. “Anaerobic digestion” is sometimes called “biogas” or “biomethanation”. Useful data on “source separation” may be found in documents on “waste segregation” or “curbside recycling”. Try all possible synonyms to maximize your chance of finding what you look for!
  • Need this library in Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese?The “Select language” button on the upper right side of the page can turn the whole site (user interface) into Spanish, Portuguese or Chinese automatically. The machine translation may not be so readable, but we hope it helps to navigate the site more easily. Let us know if you want us to add other languages in the choice. To find resources in Spanish, click on “Spanish” in the Language filter in the left-side bar on the keyword search page.
  • Filter your search by document type, author type, and more!You can refine your keyword search by clicking the filters in the left side bar. If you need academic resources, click on “academia” in Author Type, or even “scientific journal articles” in Document Type. If you are too busy to read long documents, try “factsheets” or “presentations” from Document Type.
